Replacements

If the product you receive comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 20 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to support@travelbible.co. If it’s acceptable, we will offer a replacement or a refund. In order to receive a refund you must return the case or products to our warehouse in Canada (excludes customizable products as we have no use for them).

Changes to Orders

You are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 24 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. Additional charges will be incurred by the buyers for any changes made to the orders after 24 hours of making their purchases.

Refunds

Please read our full returns & refunds policy here.

Refunds will be given if there is an error with the product or printing or under special circumstances if the customer is not happy with the product. Refunds only cover the cost of the product and not shipping costs, unless the product is returned to us. We will not cover the shipping costs for returned items, unless there is a defect or it is a damaged item. We do offer 30 day satisfaction and refunds on all non customizable products.

Package Not Delivered?

If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the customer reports they have yet to receive it, Travel Bible won’t cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.

There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer’s address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch.”

If you have not received the product, you must contact us within 3 months of placing the order, otherwise a refund or reshipment will not be provided.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most payment methods including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept PayPal. If you’re payment option isn’t available please contact us at support@travelbible.co and we will be happy to assist you.

Who pays for tax and customs duties?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country, including VAT. Usually we pay for these fees upfront, but not always. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You are responsible for these fees, unless they have already been paid for on our site.

Why do you charge tax?

We do not charge VAT for the European Union, so you may be responsible to pay this yourself when the product is delivered.

For Australia we must charge 10% for all products imported into Australia in accordance with Australian law.

Since our company is registered in Canada we have to charge tax to Canadian residents only.

Customizing & Ordering

How can I save and load my designs?

While you’re in the customizer, you can save your design to your browser cookies by clicking the save iconto the left.  The design can then be loaded using the load button underneath it.

Why can’t I see the design in the shopping cart?

Not to worry, as long as you customized the phone case and added it to cart it will be there, if not we will message you. You can also click “re-edit” in the shopping cart or checkout page to see that your design loads on the customize page.

What if I can’t find certain stamps?

We don’t have stamps for every city in the world. To get around this issue we’ve added “blank” stamps to most countries. You can add the city name by selecting “DATES” in the top of the customizer then manually entering the city name.

In most cases we’re happy to add new stamps for you, also if you scan and send us your passport we can use stamps from there.

For Australia we must charge 10% for all products imported into Australia in accordance with Australian law.

Since our company is registered in Canada we have to charge tax to Canadian residents only.

How can I change the background?

While you’re in the customizer, go to the “Backgrounds” section. You can also go to “Stamps” in the top section the select BACKGROUNDS. From there you can select your background. It may take a while to load into the customizer. You can resize the background by dragging the icon in the bottom right of the background.

Why isn’t there a case for my phone type?

Actually we do offer cases for almost all phone types, but these will be the soft silicon types, not the hard or tough cases. If you’d like one just send a message to support@travelbible.co with your phone type and we’ll set up a case for you!

What if my design is cutoff?

Any text or design close to the camera or close to the edge of the case may be cutoff. There may be about a 5-10 mm difference in either direction due to the printing process and cannot be perfect everytime.
