Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If the product you receive comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 20 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to email@example.com. If it’s acceptable, we will offer a replacement or a refund. In order to receive a refund you must return the case or products to our warehouse in Canada (excludes customizable products as we have no use for them).
Changes on Orders
You are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 24 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. Additional charges will be incurred by the buyers for any changes made to the orders after 24 hours of making their purchases.
Refunds will be given if there is an error with the product or printing or under special circumstances if the customer is not happy with the product. Refunds only cover the cost of the product and not shipping costs, unless the product is returned to us. Refunds do not apply to customizable products unless there is an error or defect. We will not cover the shipping costs for returned items, unless there is a defect or it is a damaged item. We do offer 30 day satisfaction and refunds on all non customizable products.
